The terms that apply when you use the Alliance Heating & Cooling website.

Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of alliancehvac.tech (the "Site"), operated by Alliance Heating and Cooling ("Alliance," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Information on this site
The Site gives general information about our residential HVAC, commercial HVAC and commercial refrigeration services. It is not an offer, a quote or a contract. Services, service areas, pricing, programs and promotions can change, and we may correct errors at any time.
Any work we perform is governed by the terms provided with your service agreement or estimate for that job, not by the Site.
Estimates, quotes and pricing
- Free estimates apply to complete residential system replacements only.
- Commercial HVAC and refrigeration work, including maintenance agreements, is priced by custom quote based on the number and size of the units. Request a quote through the Site or by phone.
- For repairs, we explain what we found and the price before any repair work begins.
- Maintenance plans, including the Alliance Comfort Club, are governed by the terms provided with your service agreement.
- Financing is available through Wisetack, subject to credit approval. Wisetack, not Alliance, makes credit decisions and sets financing terms.
Service requests and emergencies
Submitting a form on the Site sends a request to our office. It does not book an appointment or reserve a technician for a particular time. Our office contacts you during office hours (Mon–Fri 7am–5pm, Sat 7am–3pm).
Don't use the Site's forms for an emergency. For an emergency, call (859) 551-0056. Emergency calls are handled by our on-call team. If you smell gas, leave the building first, then call your gas utility or 911 from outside.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to request service at the address or business you give us.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages from us, our SMS Terms & Privacy Policy applies, and it is part of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. For example, you will not:
- Submit false, misleading or someone else's information, or spam our forms
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems or other users' information
- Interfere with the Site's security, bot protection or normal operation, or use automated tools to scrape it
- Use the Site for anything unlawful
Content and trademarks
The Site's text, design, logos, photos and other content belong to Alliance or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, change or reuse Site content without our written permission. Third-party names and brands mentioned on the Site belong to their owners.
Customer review excerpts on the Site are quoted from public Google reviews and reflect the reviewers' own experiences.
Third-party sites and services
The Site links to or uses third-party services, such as Google, HighLevel forms, Cloudflare and Wisetack. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. Information on the Site, including maintenance tips and FAQs, is general information and not a substitute for an inspection by a qualified technician. Warranties for equipment and work are only those stated in your written job documents and manufacturer warranties.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ALLIANCE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you. This section does not limit liability for work we perform, which is governed by the terms provided with your service agreement or estimate.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Boone County, Kentucky.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply when posted. Effective date: October 26, 2026
